New PSU new video card - no signal
Something is occurring with a friend's computer. The PSU was just replaced (Rosewill RP550-2 550W) and the video card was switched out for one that was barely used from another computer (ATI Radeon 7500 AGP). But for some reason the video signal is not reaching the monitor at times. Restarting the computer fixes the problem, and it rarely occurs.. but it happened on the last setup before the power supply failed and the video card fried - and now it's happening again. I don't know what to think. Any ideas?
