[SOLVED] HDMI output to an HD TV
Hello
If I have a videocard with a HDMI port on it and I want to use it to play blu ray from the computer to the HD tv in the other room. Is there a way I can have the sound played from a home theater hooked on the TV? Thanks

Re: HDMI output to an HD TV
There should of been a two wire cable that came with the motherboard. Connects to the card and then to an spdif header on either the sound card or motherboard, depending on what you use. This passes sound over the hdmi cable. With nVidia, ATI has sound without it.
