Please help graphic card problem
hey dudes, i have a problem with a system and I can't seem to figure it out what to do.
I have a system that should be able to play F.E.A.R combat on medium settings. According to 'can you run it' also dead space and crysis on low settings. But with the other games my system is like having 'hickups' it slows down a lot when a lot of stuff happens. Sometimes even to 3 frames a second. I'm not even going to talk about dead space even on the lowest of the lowest it is unplayable mobo P4s800 cpu 2,8 ghz P4 vga ati radeon x1600 pro 1 gb ram i recently updated the video card from geforce 6200 to ati x1600 pro. to be honest the game F.e.a.r combat had a better frame rate with the 6200. The video card should be better normally. Please Help. |

Re: Please help graphic card problem
Your asking way to much of that system. Most pentium 4 systems today struggle with even basic tasks like HD playback.
I have actually attempted crysis on an old pentium 4 with an x1600 for fun before , and the cpu flat out just cannot cope. Even a pentium D has a bit of trouble.
