Fitting stock 8800GTX cooler
I'm trying to reattach my stock cooler to my 8800GTX, but I've not got the original screws and the screws from the aftermarket one don't fit. Anybody know what size the screws from the stock 8800GTX cooler are? Also, do they use thermal pads between the memory and the cooler or not?
Cheers DD |

Re: Fitting stock 8800GTX cooler
The easiest thing I could suggest would be to take the card to a local hardware store and find a screw that fits. I think my gtx has 6 or 8 screws and should cost about 30 cents for all of them.
