Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 only freezes when I play a full screen game?

Well, the card is old, so old it's made by Mad Dog, a company I can't find, anyways:

It's a Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 AGP card, it works great, I installed recent drivers, plays nice and smooth but I can't play full screen games on it. I was playing a FaceBook game called FarmTown, and when I hit the full screen button, it went to it and just froze. No colors or anything else, it will play it perfectly if I keep it on normal.

I know it's not just the game because it won't work on others to.

Specs:
Windows XP
350W PSU
Pentium 4 2.8GHz Dual Processor
Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 AGP 256MB
1GB RAM
MSI 7222 Motherboard

I really want to start playing games full screen using this card, in fact, the Integrated will play some full screen games, but when it comes to something like Pirates of the Carribean, the Integrates won't play it and the 5200 will play really nice for a second or two, then just freeze, I have to manually reboot.

PSU: How many amps specified for the +12V rail? You need minimum 18A. Test with a different unit if yours doesn't meet that.

GPU: Check that it isn't overheating. You can use:

HWMonitor: http://cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php
RivaTuner: http://www.guru3d.com/category/rivatuner/
