Re: ATI radeon Card Issue -
Open up the computer, the power supply should be near the back, it will be a sort of box, the computer's power cord plugs into it, and it has a lot of cables running out the opposite end and into the rest of the computer. Read off the brand name and total wattage rating.

Re: ATI radeon Card Issue -
You're severely underpowered. That power supply is good only as a paperweight and I'd recommend replacing it with a higher power quality unit before it bites the dust and possibly takes the rest of your hardware with it.

Re: ATI radeon Card Issue -
It was being pushed to the limits. The GPU was doing as best it could on such a low amount of juice and the PSU was pushing as much as it could. One of them has to give and it will be the PSU that does.

Re: ATI radeon Card Issue -
Underclocking might help, but you're still going to be in the danger zone. I would remove the card and use the old one until you can get a better PSU.

Ever since i was reported by the tech team to switch to my Old graphic card ( Im not blameing you guys)
i have not bein able to boot up windows normally , infact it wont boot up normally unless my New Graphics card is installed which is the ATI Radeon 4350 HD , Now it did once Boot Normally with my Xpress Series 200 card but after that every time i tryed to boot it up it would Just reset to my boot screen And do this constant cycle it seems the only way to fauntion is with the new card but i dont want to kill my power supply nor do i want to System recover to Restore the issue |

Re: ATI radeon Card Issue -
We don't trust manufacturer power requirements, at least not for newer cards. They like to *way* understate the card's power requirements, basically assuming that you have the minimum of everything for your other components. The lower the power requirement the more people will buy it, thinking it will work in their system.
We recommend a power supply with a minimum of 26A on its +12V rail for any PCIe x16 graphics card. Which yours does not have. That works out to a *minimum* wattage of 312W. That's not even counting the +5V and +3.3V rails. You need to be looking at a high quality 400w at minimum. Corsair cx400w: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139008 SeaSonic SS-400ES BRONZE 400w: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817151078
