compatability

I have a 7VT600p-RZ(-c) Motherboard.I have just bought a Inno3D GeForce4 Ti4200 8x graphic (agp8) card (0n ebay) to replace a possible faulty card. While waiting for it to arrive I have just found out that not all cards and motherboards are compatable. My motherboard manual stipulates an apg voltage of 1.5 volts.I have tried to find the relevant info on the fresh card and suspect that it works at .8 volts.Have I been stupid and bought a card that is incompatable with my motherboard? Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: compatability

The graphics card you purchased is compatible with the onboard expansion slot. The only thing that should be matched is the type of connection, in this case AGP X8/X4.
