Exclamation Nothing on screen when computer boots

Ok so i was at work one day, and when i got home my computer was off(i dont turn it off). So i tried to turn it back on and the computer turns on, fans and LEDS turn on, but it doesn't post and nothing goes on the screen. I have noticed my videocard fan doesn't spin on start up, is that a problem?
Either way im not sure if its my mobo or videocard, cuz when i unplug the cable to the videocard it says no signal, so atleast it knows its there. But this is hella anoying and I need some help..

Specs:
Gigabyte EP45-UD3L mobo
Ge Force 8600 GT videocard
4GB of G.skill DDR2 1066 Ram
and an Intel Core 2 Quad 2.6

Please and thank you!

What is your power supply? Brand, model, wattage, amps on +12V rail.

Do you have any other power supplies you could try in the computer? Or a friend who will let you test your graphics card in his? That will help narrow down the culprit here.

What was the other PSU?

Also try reseating the card in the slot, or if you have another PCIe x16 slot put it in that one.
