Will this be ok?

Ok Heres a Run Down of my computer

Windows Vista and XP(Dual Boot)
Intel Dual Core 2.2ghz
Intel on board graphics chip(will get disabled dont really matter)
2 GB Ram
350 Watt PSU(getting replaced)
Realtek HD Audio(sound card i think)
Cd/DVd Burner


Now im gonna replace the onnoard video card and my pus with these two

will those work together and be fine or what

yes my case will only support at the most 90mm what u recommanded is 50mm bigger

if you want to run a high powered card then any psu capable of running it will be longer
it goes into the case 6 inches if you don't have that you are looking at another case

gtx 290 285

if you go with a 4870 you only need this
