[SOLVED] Paddle Card

So when I bought my motherboard,(Biostar Tseries) it came with a 'paddle card' I am supposed to put this card in my PCI-E Slave spot when I put in a video car. But I am not sure why. I was hoping someone could shed some light on what it is that this paddle card actually does.
