vga access denied

im working on installing a geforce 9800 gtx but before i did that i wiped my system and reinstalled xp on it now i had a 3 yellow questions video audio and ethernet i took care of the audio and ethernet but i cant seem to find the drivers for the vga as this coputer was buil and is not a common brand the model number is p4m890-8237. i insert the disc that came with my geforce and install the vga drives but all i get is access denied.

vga drivers needed

i have a motherboard i know the model number is p4m890-8237 i dont know the manufacturer but i need the video drivers for it because im installing a video card and everytime i try to install it off the video card cd it gives me access denied.

Download and install the latest driver directly from nVidia.
