Re: Messed up textures

Ok that's good. The safe range of the 12v rail is +/- 5% (12.6v - 11.4v)

Try running ATI tools to see if your card has artifacts. If it does you will need a new graphics card.

Re: Messed up textures

You just need to hit the button scan for artifacts and let it run for around 20mins or so. Sorry I didn't tell you earlier.

Re: Messed up textures

its only in games, but i phoned up the people that make my video card and found out that if i got a ati chip set MB, using a n-vidia card will cause bugs. I didn't know this because i never ran into that problem before.

Do you know any way i can make it a bit more compatible.

Re: Messed up textures

I have a ATI chipset motherboard using a Nvidia graphics card and I'm fine.

All you need to do is not have the chipset drivers installed which is just for the onboard graphics and disable the onboard in the bios.
