Compaq 1692 notebook. Windows 2000.Dvd playback is jumpy. Sound is fine.
I just bought a used Compaq noebook 1692. It has windows 2000 installed. There is a dvd player also. My problem is that when I try to play a dvd the picture will not play smoothly, it seems like the video part is having a hard time keeping up. The sound is fine. Any thoughts as to what my problem may be?
