games slows down after 5 or 6 minutes
hi,
when i start playing games on my pc after 5to10 minutes game slows down for few seconds frame rate drops from 30 to 4 fps again frame rate is improves but after some seconds game again slows down and this cycle goes on i.e. improving then degrading again improving frame rate my specs are asus p5gc mx mobo palit geforce super +1 gb 9500 gt graphics card 3 gib ddr2 ram 410 gib sata hdd dvd r/w 450w psu 2 extra cooling fans this happens especially extra heavy graphics games like assassins creed, crysis,GTA IV (sometimes this happens in playing card games) i play this games with 1024x768 with details on high AA is off how can i solcve this prob i also tried this games on extremly low resolution with details on lowest still i pursuing this prob. |

no not tried how can i test temp under load i have vtuner which shows temp 61 degree off load. is this virus prob because it started after installation of freeware system surveillance program

Uninstall your current graphics driver, then reboot into VGA mode, disable antivirus and install the latest driver. Reboot to complete.
You should also update XP to SP3 and apply the MS updates. To see the temperatures and voltages under load, start SpeedFan and leave it running on the desktop, then play a fullscreen game until it starts to slow down. Alt-tab back to SpeedFan and take a screenshot (PrintScreen button on your keyboard). Paste the screenshot into Paint, save as a jpg and attach it to your next reply. What's the name of the surveillance program you installed? Do you have a download link? Have you tried uninstalling it and running a virus scan?

ok thanks i'll do it
i dont remember the name i think spycapture but when i install it my quickheal antivirus caught as win32 threat i unintall it and manually deleted the file from system32 folder with unlocker |
