Videos are green on gtx 275

Hi everyone. I just built my first computer. I have a intel q9550 cpu and a gtx 275 gpu. Everything is working great except for the video card. Whenever I try to watch a dvd or downloaded video on my computer the picture is green. Can I fix this or is the card defective? I can play call of duty 5 and empire total war and everything looks fine, its just the videos that are green. I have tried several different video players and the videos are green in every one. I am using a 32 inch hdtv as a monitor.
Please help.

Might have something to do with the OS itself

I'm using windows 7 rc 64 bit.

be sure to update all drivers, if you can, try another graphic card and see if it happens again.. if it happens again, the graphic is fine and I don't know what it is then :D

As well as the graphics driver, you could also install the Windows 7 codec pack.
