matrox g450 mms video card

i have an inspiron 530. have been using a matrox g450 mms video card for several months. tried to change settings. had to reboot using the vista disk.
now the computer wont boot up when the video card is installed. monitors stay black with yellow power light not turning green.

any help getting this computer working again with the video card is appreciated.

Boot into safe mode, set resolution back to where it was before...

it works fine without the card in. it doesnt give me the option to boot in safe mode with the card in. there is just a black screen.
