[SOLVED] intel on board video doesnt work

TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly. Error code: F4D41436 (error message from power dvd 6) Windows meida player 11 says i need a driver. But all i know is its On board video on my mother board. Would anybody know how to fix this problem?
