Question how to cahnge my video card?

my present video card is an via chrome9 hc igp with a memory of 64 Mb...this video card is embended on my motherboard which is an winfast..please guide because i want to change my video card with one that is much powerfull...and i don't know how to do it...because i have an emebended video card in my motherboard...how to proceed...i don't know how to make this thing right...and i have a PCI slot with 16X...could an video card like Aopen GF4 MX440SE-V64 match in my pci card slot...?thanks and keep rolling you are doing a good joob guy's!!!!thanks again!!

Post all hardware specs, including power supply wattage and brand.
When you upgrade a video card, you must be sure that your power
supply will be able to handle it...

Looks like the board has a agp slot, and 2 pci-e slots..The
Aopen GF4 MX440SE-V64 is a agp card. With your current power supply
that card should be ok, if the power supply doenst have a issue.But if
you step up to a pci-e card, you will need more power.
