OS: hp Pavillion 520c,Vista Home Basic

Video Card Not Bieng Detected
I had Win Xp then i upgraded to Win Vista Home Basic. I had ATI Rage Pro Video Card PCI, but now it says Standard VGA Graphics. Can you please help me fix this or how to make it detect my Video Card Thank You.
