Re: Graphics Card Suggestion?
It seems to me that the most common card owned by gamers is the 8800gt, which is technically last year's model, this years being the 9800gt. I would reccomend either or maybe look into a GTS 250 or a 9800gtx. (I don't know how much they cost in Austrailia, but in Canada the 9800gt sells for $150 CAD).

Re: Graphics Card Suggestion?
Thanks for the info mate. I had a look at a few cards and this is what i came up with.
http://www.digitalstar.com.au/detail.aspx?ID=42267 Now i will be running this on a 22" for about a month then will be getting a 24" full HD one. Will this be good for that? |

Re: Graphics Card Suggestion?
If you're going to upgrade your card make sure you get a decent power supply, otherwise you're going to put your whole system at risk.
That's a nice card btw. DDR3 and the 256 core is going to be fine for CoD4/6 I play 4 and 5 on a 9800 GTX flawlessly with similar system specs as you. I'd recommend the corsair 750W PSU, I'm at work and can't access the link, but it's a great PSU. |
