I tried to install my new msi n9800gt into mobo biostar but when i power it the monitor say "no video signal" even if i conect into igp or the videocard but when I remove the videocard and power it again everything go well.
I hope you can help me cause I´m new in this videcard stuff and here in my town theres no one can help me. Do you have a link to where you bought the power supply? The only Jaguar PSU I'm finding is an ePower Jaguar 450w unit.
I assume you do not have another PCIe card to test the slot with? It should be a simple plug and play to get an image at the boot level, Does your monitor use VGA or DVI connectors? |

and your right I dont have another pcie and my mobo just have one slot and my monitor use vga I use an adapter dvi to vga on my videocard thanks again |

When using the onboard lets see what the voltage readings are in the Bios 12v, 5v, 3.3v there should be a pc health page in the bios which lists them.

It should support the card some Sis chipsets had issues with the PCIe 2.0 spec but the Via chipset normally works.
Do you have another PC to test the card in, possibly a friends? |
