I am about to purchase a XFX PVT43AND GEFORCE 6600 GT video card and I was wondering how I would go about having dual monitors and a tv. Basicly 3 monitors. I have a fx5200 and dual monitors. I can have a monitor and TV or dual monitors. I was wondering if any one knew how to have dual monitors and a TV at the same time. I know Matrox has a Parhelia card with dual DVI but I dont want to spend $600 on a video card. Any help is appreciated.
Thnx

That would be cool but, I have a dual monitor setup and mismatched monitors (size of the monitor) is a pain. I went back to a single monitor display because of the differences in size. If you have a TV and monitors that are the same size then go ahead.
What are you going to do with this setup? I know you can get a DB-15 to s-video converter but those new cards have that new digital output port. I will search around because I knew we discussed this one in the offline section before christmass and someone found a digital to DB-15 converter.

Look around www.svideo.com. I recently bought an item from there (dvi to vga adaptor) and they shipped it really fast, and s&h was free. They said they don't advertise so I figured I'd do a little for them

svideo.com checked
I looked at www.svideo.com and I didn't find anything usefull for me. They have a lot of cool products though.
The Matrox card has a DVI to dual VGA adapter. That is what i want, or a video card that supports 2 monitors and tv output. Thnxs here is a link to the Matrox card with this support http://www.matrox.com/mga/products/p...d_tvoutput.cfm |

I think the 6600gt does support 2 monitors and a tv out. Mine has dvi output, vga output, and tv out. I have 2 monitors so far, I haven't bothered hooking up the tv out since I don't have the right cables.

I asked XFX if there 6600GT supported dual monitors and a TV, and they said 2 monitors or a monitor + tv. Same with my card
Should I get another PCI video card with tv out and hook that up in addition? How would that work, |
