new video card not up to par
Hey guys, i just got my geforce 6600gt today. I installed it and things didnt go to well. I figured out that problem, it was bc i didnt have enough power supplied. So i took out my lights which included 1 cold cathode and 2 uv. It started working fine after that. But then i go to test it out and play hl2 and come to see that my radeon 9600 seemed to perform better with that. I ran aquamark and scored 52,000. not sure how good that is but it was 30,000 higher than my ati. does anyone know what could be wrong here? Why this new card is not running up to par? I have a p4 3.13 and 512 megs ram.
