9500GT vs 9600GS
I have a quick question: Which is the better performing card, the NVIDIA 9500GT or 9600GS? With Nvidia's funky GS/GT/GTX naming scheme I can't tell what's a better card than what.
See, my step dad has a computer with a 9600GS in it, but I have an old 9500GT that I had in my old computer before I got my HD4870. Which would give him better performance? Also, would it be worth it to set up the weaker card as a dedicated PhysX card, or is it just a waste of power and a PCIe x16 slot? |
