Bought New Video Card, Need New Power Supply

Just bought a Radeon HD 4870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 card for my recently renovated computer and with my old 400 watt power supply, I need to buy a new one and know I will buy the wrong one if I don't get help

My Specs:

Windows Vista 32 bit.

ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz 6MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor

CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB)
Radeon HD 4870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 card

A link to new egg would be very appreciated. Can not wait to start testing out my new video card!

Do I really need over 700 watts? I was thinking 600 watts.

650w is pushing it on a HD4870 for the price difference when looking at quality units that last the 750 is worth it.

Re: Bought New Video Card, Need New Power Supply

Can I get a power supply under $100 with my setup? I just spent way too much money on my computer as is.

Re: Bought New Video Card, Need New Power Supply

The lowest you could ever go with a 4870 would be 600w , so 650 is boarderline , but will work.

The 750 would be better.
