Saphire HD4850 1GB

Hello, Im going to be buying a new graphics card for my computer and i would like a sort of high end card for my budget, im only 13 years old so i only have a bit of money from my birthday, The card I would like to get is the sapphire 4850 1GB edition.. is this a good card to play games like war hammer online on high and crysis on medium graphics? I also know i would need a new psu for that card.
