DDHelp vs. nvdd32.dll [Ready.... FIGHT!]

Yeah, I even made an avatar out of my problem with the help of my camera ;)

Anyway, the thing is I keep getting problems between ddhelp and nvdd32.dll, and when that happens, my games sure do not last long! Recently, while doing Dxdiag, the above started happening under 9 3d... the other two are fine though. It is apparently some sort of interlacing problem, and directdraw is having the same problem when I diagnose it... weird interlacing problems where there is one good shape, and two ghosty images. And on top of it all, everytime my computer starts thinking too hard, my mouse is jumpy and I have a low frame rate... it blows

What I've already tried:
Reinstalled Video Card Driver
Updated Video Card Driver
Checked for DirectX updates
Downgraded to 9.0b because it seemed to like me better, but still no change
opened computer and went at the video card area with a q-tip

My video card is a best data GeForce4, 128MB, AGP

PLEASE HEELLLPPP!!!
