MiniDv to DVD
Hiya
I was just wondering if anyone knows what sort of video card i would need so i can chuck all my mini dv camcorder tapes onto a dvd? Regards Marni |

I don't believe MiniDV requires a special video input card...If I remember correctly, it has its own USB or firewire interface. If your computer doesn't have firewire, and the DV only supports that, you can buy one (such as This one at newegg.com) for very cheap.
Once that's taken care of, you'll need some kind of video editing software. If you have XP installed, you can use the Movie Maker, which comes installed. |
