Graphics Jerking during Gaming (9600GT)

Hi Guys

I really need some help here, I'm just not good at computers.

I've upgraded a new monitor HP2159 and a graphic card XFX 9600 GT ddr3 512mb, after installing the stuff, I went into my usual gaming World of Warcraft, at a first go, everything was smooth and detailed. About after a min, when I was moving around with the character, my screen starts to jerk for like a split second for a couple of times for like 3 secs. This usually happens more often when I was rotating or moving into a new zone.

I've tried with all the lowest settings, apparently it doesn't solve the problem. Updated that latest DirectX and drivers, formated the comp but it still persist.

Here are some infos that I've done on DxDiag
Machine name: OJW
Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: G31M-S2L
BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 3070MB RAM
Page File: 433MB used, 4523MB available
Windows Dir: C:\WINDOWS
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
DX Setup Parameters: Not found
DxDiag Version: 5.03.2600.2180 32bit Unicode

I'm running on 4 gig ram and my PSU is 450w.

Please assist me as I'm really lost now =(

upgrade

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...corsair%2b550w

check the voltage range of your ram and see if you have room to lift it
