is my pc compatible with an evga geforce 8600 gts 512mb graphics card

i have pc
cpu Intel Core 2 Duo E4700
motherboard ASRock 775Dual-VSTA
power A-45GA ASUS 450W
memory Kingmax 2x1GB DDR2-667
I want buy graphic card VGA PCI-E EVGA, 8600 GTS, GeForce 8600 GTS, 512 Mb, tv-out, Dual DVI. Is it this graphic card compatible with my pc?

The power supply doesn't have a 6 pin pci-e power connector , the gts requires one. It's also not a very good power supply on top of it so I would change it before making any kind of video upgrade. If you need help selecting a video card and power supply post your budget.

Where it shows in the specifications and pictures that the cables do not include a pci-e power connector. Can you confirm that your model actually has a pci-e connector? That being said , it still isn't a very good unit and I would recommend a better one for an 8600 gts.
