Flashing Textures GeForce4 MX4000

On some games i get flashing textures. I made some screenshots of this problem. If anyone has an idea on how to solve this problem please let me know!

The blurry parts you see just keep flashing!

Mine did that when the power supply was flakey or the card itself was getting too hot.

You either need a new power supply, or the video card is overheating.

I know it's not my power supply.

Can the card already get to hot after like one minute (when i just powered on my pc)?
