I need to know what kind of video card upgrade I need

Ive searched around on google and whatnot and I'm just getting confused. I own a Dell Dimension 8200 and I like to play online games. But my video card is not cutting it, I experience too much "choppyness" when im playing. I know its not the internet connection. I want to upgrade the video card but Im not sure what kind to buy and the correct slot I need. I wanna upgrade the ram too, Ive got 4X256k installed but I would like to have 4x512k but Im not sure what type of ram to get neither.

Hers the specs for my PC, I'm not a computer whiz so I hope someone will help me with this.

Re: I need to know what kind of video card upgrade I need

Download and install everest and use the report tool. This will let us know what hardware is actually installed includeing your current videocard. What games are are you planing on playing? Because the machine will be very limited to what it can do.
