Advice needed...

Alright... I am looking to upgrade my graphics card situation. I have 2 x 8800 GTS 640mb and I was wondering if I were to upgrade to a single GPU, what would be the best card out there for around $350ish or lower. I have been looking around and how much better GTX 280 and GTX 285 compared to my current 2 x 8800 GTS's? And are these the way to go or is there another card I missing out on the market? Thanks in advance for any help......

I would think a Geforce 285 should be just fine, as for pricing I always use Newegg.com

Re: Advice needed...

Sorry and one more question would it be waster full on a 22" monitor to get the GTX 285, and if I currently have a Core 2 Duo E8500 clocked at 3166 MHz?

Do you mean would it be wasted? No not at all, a 22" screen is decent and only the really hardcore with money to burn go for anything bigger. You should be fine.

OK thanks for the responses Thedarkwolf25... I think I'm gonna go ahead and purchase at newegg, unless anyone else thinks that GTX 285 isn't the way to go......
