lordoftherings

I have installed the game (the lord of the rings battle of middle earth II)
and the original CD worked properly but the game wouldnt start and their was a message that appeared as below, I dont know what the problem is from, and what is the sollution, could anybody help me? do i need to change the video card? and what kind should i get?
