Error code 39

So nobody has any idea how to fix this? I get two different error codes on my device manager, 39 & 10 , on different items, The trouble is my games wont work, they start up then freeze? i have tried evrything! I'm not sure , but i think i updated my video card when this all started, so i'm assuming that it has something to do with that, i am going crazy trying to figure this out . any help would be great!Thank you,

List all hardware specs, including power supply wattage and brand.
