pixel shader 2.0

Can anyone tell me if any of the following video cards is capable of rendering pixel shader 2.0?
NVIDIA GeForce 7025
NVIDIA GeForce HDN9400 GT MD512MB 128-bit GDDR2 800MHz PCI
Express x 16 HDCP SLI
I want to run SH4 on windows XP and am not sure what kind of video card to purchase with a new machine. The requirements listed by the software company don't match what video cards are offered by the computer company.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I think anything from a geforce 4or radeon 7 series and higher does 2.0.
