Replacement 4850 Still Crashes

Hey guys,

I bought a Sapphire 4850 about 3 months ago. It crashed when I plugged my 2nd monitor in and froze the screen along with repeating audio while playing games after a few minutes.

I contacted Sapphire about it so they told me to send it back for a new one. I got my new one today and it does the exact same thing.

I've had a Asus 3450 before I got the 4850, and it was fine. But while I had it in waiting for my replacement, it started to do the same thing. I've had the 3450 in for at least 5 months without a problem, but as soon as I put the 4850 in, both cards are screwing up.

It's really frustrating seeing as I spent $200 on the 4850, and I can't even use it really. I need your help!
