XFX GForce 9500GT light screen flicker

Been having a devil of a time with BSODs since I installed my new machine yesterday. I get the slightest screen flicker (during normal browsing, haven't even tried anything else more advanced) and I wonder if it isn't my graphics card that isn't causing the problem.

I installed the latest drivers from NVidia's site today as well as updated DirectX but nothing has changed.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or let me know what additional information I would need to submit to help you guys out?

does'nt sound like it has anything to with the video card. Looks more like a monitor problem (more specifically Dead Pixels) here is the link to a dead pixel test
