what is your PSU?
best possible Graphics card for your system is the 3650 its the fastest AGP card out there SAPPHIRE 100258L Radeon HD 3650 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 AGP 4X/8X HDCP Ready Video Card - Retail $77 after rebate $67 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102814 its only DDR2 but a lot better than your current one, look for around for used cards too that'll just give you an idea for the price of a new AGP card this PSU costs the same as the Corsair 550w PSU CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Retail $90 after rebate $70 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139005 |

Re: Please recomment a graphics card - AGP 3.0 (8x)(1.5v)
Considering the only outdated part about agp is the bus speed which is 8x , not really. The bus speed barely adds to overall speed as you upgrade. The only thing I would be worried about is the cpu and ram being used on the agp board , and whether it can keep up with the card.
