DVD playback choppy after new graphics card installed
I cannot figure out why my DVD playback is choppy. I own a Dell Dimension E510 and have upgraded a few things like memory (4gb) new power supply (Thermal take 430 watt) new DVD/CD RW drives ( LG model GH22LP20) and last but not least a Graphics card (MSI ATI Radeon 4830 512mb). Well my problem is after I installed the new graphics card games worked great, but when I would play a DVD the movie was choppy/gritty. Everything else is great, sound quality, and instant playback, just choppy. I can't figure it out. Games that acquire CD like Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 works wonderfully. Any ideas? Thanks for your time.
