GTS 250 Windows won't work

Ok i just installed a new GTS 250 card from XFX and it seemed to work fine for about a week then just randomly my computer shut off and now everytime i start up my computer with the card in windows won't load up. Any Ideas?

Post your full system specs and the temperatures of all the parts, you can use this for temps: http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

This for specs:http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

Also post your PSU watts you will need to get this directly from the PSU.

CPU- AMDx2 4400+
PSU-250watt
RAM- 2gb ddr2
MOBO- f8000 asus
i cant get the temps of my gpu in my system because it won't run while it's in but the cpu temp without it in is about41c

Yeah, no possible way that PSU can run a GTS 250. You should upgrade:

Very cheap best PSU you can get at that wattage, also great for future upgrades. When you get that you will have no problems running things.
