getting run around with support
Hi Guys
Have an older AGP video card with lifetime replacement if defective and if was so I sent it in and they rec it on the 6th of March. I still have no replacement. Called them a few times and they say it will be shipped out next day. On time they even said that it would be upgraded to a newer card because of no stock on mine. I called today and talked to the RMA department and they really cant give me any idea when it will be shipped out. Im in Canada and the shipping warehouse is in Quebec and they don't have a phone Number (strange) so here I sit with no computer at home. What good is a lifetime warrenty if it can't be replaced. Has anyone had any dealings like this or even know a phone no of BFG in Quebec Thanks Rick |
