video adapted disabled cant start windows

i have an issue with my dell 8300, by mistake trying to install a driver for an already installed graphic card on the unit, I disabled the driver and restarted the computer, and have a blank screen, i can hear the pc booting up as if nothing happened what can i do to fix this. I tryed starting in default vga mode no affect, also safe mode , no affect , i even tryed folowing one helpers key commands trying to get to the display driver options blind but to no affect also, maybe im doing something wrong, i guess what i need to to is reinstall windows os. im not sure how to do that, need help please

Can you get into the BIOS?

Have you tried plugging the monitor into the onboard video?
