I don't know if this is the proper place to write this. Anyway, I have a video I captured using an ATI TV Wonder Pro. I normally use the "TV" application to do this. However, in this instance, I used the capture feature in Video Studio 10.
As I post-processed it and played it back on the computer there were no problems. I used DVD Movie Factory to make the DVD files and then burned them. It looked horrible. I thought I must have gotten the field-order wrong. So, I switched from upper to lower field. No difference. I then switched to frame-based. Still no difference. I've been capturing video for several years, mostly from my camcorder and have never had a situation like this before. The only way to salvage this video, that I can see, is to feed it back into an analog device, like a VCR, and then recapture it again. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |
