Will it fit my mobo?

Thats the video card, I know it will work like I mean will it fit like length wise and height wise. Because the card seems HUGE. Any advice will help.

Also how good is that card? Because I have heard is is decent not amazing but I think it will be amazing. Will I be able to OC it ALOT and make it amazing. What will I be able to play like Cod4 at (FPS)

It will fit the Board and if it doesn't fit a full tower case I don't what it would fit in:)

It's a very good card the FPS depends on a lot of outside factors, Monitor, resolution, drivers to name a few.

The PSU has enough and more to power it.
