Cry Narrow black border around my screen

i suddenly got a narrow black border around my screen after installing the new ati catalyst for my hd4850 and farcry2 hot fix; its barely noticeable but very annoying so i uninstalled everything the driver and the new ati catalyst and installed the original driver from the cd but the border is still there.

Any help ??

Re: Narrow black border around my screen

if you are using the HDMI to connect to your display...Do this:
1.Go to Cataylist Control Center
2.Click on your display on the side bar.
3.Click on scaling options.
4.Drag the slider to the 0 on the overscan side.
5.Click on Apply
6.Exit CCC.
