which card to buy?

I want to spend under $150 on a video card and am looking to play games like wow nothing too crazy.Here are my system specs the only change is to ram 256to 2 gig.

Don't know if i can use pcie 2.0 or only 1.0 any easy way to check.

bought the xfx 9800 and 450 watt psu it's working great.60 fps on WOW.thanks again

Umm , I recommended a 9500 not a 9800. 450w isn't enough for a 9800.
