Video Card intermittently Working?

I just added 2bg more ram for a total of 4gb and a CPU cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118019. After putting everything in, plugging computer in and booting the monitor was just black. I assumed the video card didn't initialize. I pulled it out, took the side off to make sure card was seated properly. It was. Tuned PC back on and it worked fine. Sliding the PC back I hit the power button. I turned it back on and video card again didn't work. Off then on again and it worked. For some reason every other time I turn the computer off the monitor is just black. If i wiggle the card and turn it on, it works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
~Poli
