Question in regards to HD

I have a DELL 1907FP Monitor, and i was wondering if it supports 720p?

I want to know this because the new mlb.tv premium says it broadcasts games in hd.

I looked on around at the specs but i didn't see anything that says it is capable of hd.

The screens max res is 1280x1024, meaning any video that size or smaller will work. Videos that are larger then that won't be displayed pixel perfect , but can simply be set to full screen and still viewed normally.
