HD4650; FPS Issues
Hello TSF
 I just bought a sapphire HD4650 512MB, 1GB Hyper Edition. This card runs all my stuff Such as Left 4 Dead, Battlefield 2 and CoD4 All maxed out, with a good 100FPS, 130 in L4D. But I keep getting FPS drops to 15FPS.. I increased the fan speed a bit to see if it was overheating, but the temps were normal. I've had it before but I forget what I did to resolve the problem, dang vista always does this to me and I've misplaced my XP CD's  Any idea's? Prudhoc1
